This was the first renovation that my wife and I had undertaken, and the Jiang's Design & Reno team did an excellent job! Over a period of 4 weeks, the team completed a scope of: resurfacing of approx. 800sqft of popcorn ceiling, replacement of all ceiling light fixtures, full gut and renovation of 2 bathrooms, and remodel of front entryway in our condo. We actually had to move into the unit around 1.5 weeks into the renovation (not ideal) but Evan and his team were very accommodating and worked with us to hand over certain portions of our unit while work continued. Items supplied/arranged by me: light fixtures, bathroom wall tiles, elevator bookings Everything else was handled by Evan and his team. Evan met with me for one day to go shopping for everything not mentioned above i.e. floor tile, vanities, plumbing fixtures, paint etc. Custom cabinets also sourced through Evan and team. Overall, we are very pleased with the results. Thanks again to Evan, Daniel and Ryan!!

The job was to repair the catch basin in the parking lot of our church premises. I was not impressed with the contractor Chris when he first showed up to provide an estimate. However, I was very impressed after Chris completed the job. The parking lot is so clean that we did not need to do any cleaning. It is not the case normally. We were amazed as Chris kept all his agreed schedules. He arrived on time exactly at 10am in the morning for his first visit. The job was started on the day he promised without delay. As a building owner with many projects, we have gone through in many years, we know that it is our responsibility to put an eye on how the contractor did. This is to ensure that the job can be completed to our satisfaction and that the contractor can take immediate action to correct any issues. Chris did exactly what we expected. We loved one of his crew members taking very positive attitude to our concerns. We feel comfortable to recommend Chris to other owners.
