We recently hired the renowned Monkey Tree Services to remove a 50 year old, 80ft tall Spruce tree in your backyard. Years ago we hired them to prune the same tree. After the tree was deemed hazardous and had to be removed, we did not hesitate to request for their service again. Needless to say they once again exceeded expectations in every way. They are one of the rare examples when a company actually IMPROVED their customer service over time. From initial email and on-site estimate to the actual tree removal, we were kept in the loop with prompt communications. Due to the size of the tree, with its multiple huge main branches and large footprint, the removal took over 2 days. Each day the crew showed up on time, worked extremely hard and did an impeccable cleanup at the end of each shift. Before they left we were given a turnover on the work completed and what to expect the next day. This is a team that goes above and beyond and takes pride in their profession. I contacted Lider via email. A quick response, and he was at my home the next day. The gutters and skylights were cleaned. He was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He suggested that I should change my downspout guards to more efficient ones. I took his advice and he installed them. There was no mess....he took away all debris. I had an acoustic drywall renovation with this guy . Very chatty/nice person, but the work quality is not as standard as expected. The pre-preparation was a mess; they didn’t seal or move the furniture properly. Moreover, all the dust was blown inside my closet, so I need to take all my stuff out and wash it. We verbal agreement to clean up after the construction. And this is what I got—nothing 🙄 the dust is everywhere! As for the walls, you can get cheaper workers to produce the same quality.
