STK Renos built a fantastic basement suite for us with wonderful finishing touches for an excellent price on budget and on time. The bathroom and built -in bedroom cabinets were a real plus. I am very impressed with the high quality craftsmanship and the eye for beautiful aesthetic decisions and choices made by Nikolai. The project was small -- exterior trims repair and painting, replacement of handrails and AC fences with custom painted aluminum -- but Nikolai and his team completed the project diligently and smoothly.
