They kept me informed about when they could get a crew out. They came on time in the morning and completed the job quickly. The job was to remediate the lack of ventilation in the attic, which was causing condensation during cold spells, by inserting chutes over the existing insulation to allow are to come up from the soffits. I waited 3 weeks to verify the attic was now dry as a result of the work (it was perfect). They were very careful to protect the carpets from getting messed up.
