I install for all the big box stores and flooring stores in Durham Region. I install hardwood, laminate , carpet , vinyl click and vct tiles . My flooring boys and I , also install all new baseboards, quarter round and door stop. At a very affordable rate. My flooring crew and I , are the true professionals. We snap lines. We undercut all door casings . No top pinning the last rows in your wood flooring. We use wood glue and hardwood jacks to close your last few rows without any gapping . We treat ever install, as if we are doing our own house . We take great pride in our craftsmanship. Our workmanship is the best in the industry. In this trade, unfortunately you get a lot of wannabe flooring installers. And some store owners thinking they are installers. Giving you very poor advice. Please note. Most flooring store owners or box store employees , have never installed flooring. Have no clue where to start or how to finish your install. Wrong transition moldings and stair nosings. Over charging you on carpet and underpad.. Watchout for flee market deals . If the back of carpet , the latex peels off. It's defective carpet. On hardwood or laminate specials. Please check the lot numbers. You always want the same lot numbers. They only care about collecting your hard earn money. And not being very honest. Taking a lot of short cuts. Don't get mislead. Please don't let anyone install your new flooring. Without contacting me first. I know where to start my rows. And give you that professional install that you desire. I can give you advice on what products that will give you that wow factor. I take no short cuts and I have no excuses. My goal, is to make your vision into a reality. My crew and I can meet all all your flooring needs. I can recommend flooring stores with warehouse prices . No peer pressure salesman , on commission, who tries to up sale you. Or tries the switch and bait. You purchase a product and get something else at a lower grade. Some flooring stores have hidden restocking fees . No charge for under cutting your door casings charge. Or they make you sign a contract with Hidden costs. Please read the fine print. I am a certified installer. I take great pride in all my installations. Flooring is my passion. No cutting inside your house. I use a laminate cutter to reduce dust in your house. I use drop sheets. I vacuum all rooms before installing . I clean up all garbage. After all my hard suface installations, I use a swifter and a Bona cleaner . I don't accept any deposits or payment until your install is completely installed. I am fully insured. I do have WSIB . I offer free measures. I am available on short notice.

I am experienced in painting, drywalling, trim and casing, tileing, flooring, roofing, landscape stone, water proofing, and framing, and anything I would not be 100% confident in doing I would redirect to my father and his friend who can do anything to a house aside from heating and air. We bought a home that needed significant work in order to fit our entire family comfortably and we wanted to turn the basement into a rentable apartment. We had never owned a home before and knew nothing about the type of work that was needed, nor did we know the regulations. VIP walked us through it all and made the whole process as painless as possible. They renovated a bathroom on the top floor. Added an en-suite bathroom to our master bedroom. Did the flooring, custom made stairs out of the flooring we chose, glass panes and oak bannisters. They took down the walls on the first floor creating a large open concept kitchen/dining room and living room area. They increased the windows and replaced one window with an exit from the dining room onto a deck in the back yard. They added a discreet powder room on the first floor and another one on the split level just below along with a hidden pocket door closet for the washer and dryer. They made an entire basement apartment, with a beautiful bright kitchen, a luxurious bathroom and bedroom. They installed larger windows to add more light, installed potlights and a separate exit. We could not be more pleased with their work. We have now rented out our inspected and approved basement apartment which they have designed in a way that it is completely independent of the rest of our home and feels like an entirely different property. All in all they renovated our entire home and turned our three bedroom, two bathroom, one powder room house into a spacious 5 bedroom, 3 full bathroom and 2 powder room home. The time they spent walking us through the process and being patient with us as we figured out what exactly we wanted, sometimes on the fly my family will always appreciate. The price they gave us was in line with what other companies charged but the care they showed when dealing with us and their attention to detail makes them worth much more. As you can tell my entire family likes the guys at VIP a lot and their work was impeccable. Could not give a more enthusiastic recommendation.Latest review:
