“Ralph and his installer did a fantastic job. I originally attempted to install my own engineered hardwood flooring, but after several planks kept lifting and causing issues, I decided to call in a professional. Ralph came to the rescue. His pricing was fair, and his installer was excellent to work with throughout the project. He regularly checked in when decisions needed to be made, for example, whether a transition plank should be used in a particular area, which I really appreciated. His skill level was exceptional and he handled every unusual transition and challenge with ease. I was honestly hesitant about bringing someone in to finish a project I had hoped to do myself, but Ralph's confidence, experience and willingness to listen immediately put me at ease. He offered practical advice throughout the process and I knew the project was in good hands. Id happily recommend Ralph and the team at Focus on Flooring.
