    In November, we hired 3 Views Property Services to build us a new set of stairs. Jacob, a young carpenter just starting his business, came in and submitted a detailed quote, which was significantly less than the quote we received from another carpenter with more experience. We decided that we wanted composite lumber so we wouldn’t have to worry about a replacement in our lifetimes. Although he didn’t advertise it, Jacob did say he could work with the material and we are very happy with the results. The landing and stairs are both solidly built and visually pleasing, as many a neighbor has told us. Jacob has shown us that his own standards are high and there is pride in his work. The job was meant to be completed in about a week but took longer because of suppliers issues. If you can make allowances for someone just starting out you will find his diligence, his skills and his price, makes 3 VPS a worthy, competitive option to consider.
