We initially started with interlocking and asphalt paving, but we are now venturing into other services such as landscaping, pressure washing and sealing, concreting, decks and fences, demolition services and many more. We already have a wide range of service offerings, but we are not satisfied with just these. We are excited about every project that we perform and our possibilities for improvement and additional services are endless. We had two pergolas installed by this company in November 2020. While the installation itself went smoothly, our experience since then has been disappointing. Within four years, parts of two transparent UV-filter roof panels have broken and fallen off. We contacted the company in late 2024, but their responsiveness has been very poor. After multiple follow-ups, they quoted us C$800–1,000 for repairs—without inspecting the damage first. It's still unclear whether this quote covers just the broken sections or a full roof replacement. What’s especially frustrating is that we weren’t given any roofing material options at the time of installation. We later discovered that stronger, thicker polycarbonate sheets are widely available and commonly used. Had we been informed, we would have gladly paid more for better durability. Several friends' similar pergolas are going strong(10+ years) with sturdier sheets used. We expected more transparency and better service from a professional installer.

Bryan and his team came in after a previous landscape company left us with a half - finished improperly done drainage and landscaping job. He communicated clearly and quickly and gave a solid quote for the work. They completed the job a day quicker even after we e panded the scope slightly. Lance not only responded to our call for help but was there on time, every time. Travelling from Richmond to West Vancouver is not an easy trip.
