    We had a large maple growing too close to our house and it was showing signs of decay so we called Arboris. Ian was courteous and thorough with his assessment and offered the option to prune the tree to extend its life. We chose to have it removed now. He he took care of applying for the permit.which we got in two days. About 10 days after the permit was provided, his crew took down the tree, We were told we did not need to be home during the work as long as there was access to the yard. When we arrived from work, the yard was completely cleaned up (save the sawdust in the grass) and the only damage we found was to a younger tree we have close by. Arboris took the care to properly prune the damaged small branch. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
