Things I liked: - Ali was polite and friendly and a pleasure to talk to. - Quick price over the phone, no site visit required for a simple job - He said availability was any time with a couple day's notice, and he came through on that. Honoring your word is important - the job got done quickly and with no problems Things that were less than perfect: - he had 2 assistants which made the house a bit crowded for such a small job - after the job was done he didn't light the pilot light on my water heater - he didn't supply a flex hose for the final connection to the gas stove. Once he saw the used stove that I bought, he asked if it came with a flex hose and was apparently surprised that I didn't have one. Apparently he doesn't carry extras on the truck so I had to go and buy one. A google search of "do new gas stoves come with flex pipe?" reinforces my suspicion that it was probably just his way of getting an extra 50 bucks on the job I am easy-going so I would recommend him just based on good availability and coming on the day we agreed to, that is more than you can say for a lot of contractors. This job required a full demolition and installation of a walk in bathtub, a new window, wall and ceiling tile, repairs and refreshment to the remaining drywall area and installation of a pocket door. The job required the involvement of several tradesmen. All of the guys were great. They obviously knew what they were doing, worked quickly with minimal intrusion on us. they were friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns. they made a minimum of dirt and dust and cleaned up very well every day. the job was completed on time and on budget and we love it. I finally have the backyard I've wanted for years thanks to Pro Green. It's always been a challenge with too much shade and whenever I tried sod in the back I couldn't stay on top of the watering because of traveling or just forgetting so the sod would eventually die. I'd looked at sprinkler systems before but no one every took the time to explain it clearly like Scott did from Pro Green. My biggest concern was increasing my water bill but thanks to their system everything is programmed and also follows weather patterns and only waters when needed. I probably rang up bigger bills when I occasionally watered it myself. I also really liked that Pro Green is local and the company has been around for a long time so they are obviously doing something right. I put new sod in last August and I'm sure this is the last time I'll be doing that based on how great everything looked in the spring. I also planted cedars and hydrangeas and the sprinkler system was designed to cover off everything in the most efficient way. It's a very affordable investment to give you as hassle-free backyard. They have me such a good price I was able to afford to put a sprinkler system in the front as well so now front looks great too. Highly, highly recommend them. Sal and his team are wonderfully skilled with a high attention to detail. Just as important, they are good people.
