Sureflow demands payment to even look at a problem, then coerce you on the spot to have the issue dealt with, upselling and charging exorbitant prices for their work. For a simple gurgling noise coming from my laundry sink tap they replaced the entire system with 2 shut off valves and a cheap faucet set which they charged a markup of over 3 times the price. For what realistically should have cost $150 plus parts (maybe a hundred total) they charged over 1000 dollars and left a minor mess as I argued the price with the technician. The Eugene's diagnosis was completely off. The actual issue with our fridge was the defrost heater, but he didn't even check or consider it. We're really glad we got a second opinion and saved $700+. But they still charged us $85 for diagnostics. Slava was the first of 6 contractors to evaluate the work and was selected because of his excellent investigation of the leak from the en suite shower to the lower floor. He expressed honest suggestions after my attempts to remove & reapply silicone. When the actual cause was confirmed, he worked diligently to replace the lower faucet and fixed the problem without costly, disruptive and wasteful renovation of the entire bathroom. The patch work on the ceiling and adjacent closet wall was exceptional. There was no sign of the damage caused by the leak. Our maple wood floors were 17 years old and had some very noisy areas, squeaks and creeks that were very bad in main traffic areas. Arno came to our home and thoroughly investigated the problem. He showed us that some of the wood floor was very poorly installed and gave us two options to solve the issue, both were challenging scenarios. We decided to replace some areas reattach other areas and refinish the entire floor area. The repairs and re placement was as good as we could expect and the refinishing was excellent and we are extremely pleased and satisfied with Arno’s work. It was very tough slugging job but a tremendous result with a difficult challenge was achieved. Arno is committed to doing the best possible job without taking any shortcuts. I think we saved at least 50% of the replacement cost of the floors by refinishing and ended up with a colour change we are very happy with. We are very pleased with the effort work ethic and value we received working with Arno and MGF.
