“Kam and his team did a great work with our legal secondary suite. He has very good knowledge of the city code related to legalizing a basement. Throughout the process he was communicative, his employees were respectful of the space and he never tried to upcharge us into additional expenses. They were able to do the work within our pre-decided budget, he even helped us with some other additional small tasks which were not technically part of the scope.
