Ben came and installed the bathroom vent. It works but there is a delay in starting. I don’t know if it’s the nature of the fan or the installation. There is a long delay before it starts. You did offer to send me a receipt for the payment but I have not seen it to date. Thank you for the installation job you did.

I hired Green Minds Building to insulate my attic: remove cellulose insulation, do air sealing, re-install insulation and build a platform. They started complaining within an hour of working and they took out my flooring, which is pine from an old-growth forest, without my knowledge or consent. I was pressured into paying $1000 in addition to the $1500 downpayment, even though they did at most half of the $2700 portion of the job. I complained to the Better Business Bureau, where they have an A rating, but it's been a couple of weeks, and nothing. My living room is full of lumber with long nails and I've had to find another insulation contractor and I have yet to find a flooring specialist to put back the floor.

The smaller paintings needed particular attention, as they were grouped together and had to be perfectly spaced while maintaining a straight line at both the top and bottom. MNM was punctual, professional, and incredibly helpful, even assisting with moving furniture in and out to get the job done. The work was done with great care — all the paintings are perfectly level and neatly installed. Not a single mark or mess was left behind.
