Phil replaced an old outdoor porch railing for me. He built a new one from scratch and installed it. I am very happy with the result. Phil was prompt, professional, and timely. Doyle ContractingMason in Ottawa151 review I hired Doyle Contracting to put down cement and build a shed according to specifications I provided (I have provided a photo of the shed and the copy of the specs I provided. The shed I ordered did not have the cupola on top nor the plant pots, so none of that should in the photos). The work was mostly completed yesterday, but there were some issues with the quality of work around the windows and with the siding on the top edges of the shed. Doyle contracting agreed to take care of that only if I paid them more money. If you look at the photos of the work done and the photos from the specifications though it is obvious the work was not done properly. You can see around the windows in the front and on the edging the quality of work you will get if you hire them. For that reason, I would strongly argue against ever using Doyle Contracting and would find a different company if you ever need any work done.

Dealing with Ben was a pleasure. He is always has time to discuss and recommend material and process to maximize the value of your investment. His prices were fair, and unlike many of his competitors he answers his phone when I needed to speak with him. There were many changes that I made throughout the project and he gave me good prices on those changes. I relied on his expertise to give me advice on how to create the "Look" I was going for and he was able to source high-end, but cost effective materials to complete the project. Looking at the final result, I received a Craftsman level of build quality at Professional level prices. Ben would inspect wood, and if not excellent quality, would send back to be replaced with quality up to his standards. He was able to do this without impacting project timelines. I would highly recommend working with March Homes if you want to deal with an Honest Contractor, who is going to do what they say at a reasonable cost. I have already recommended him to many of my friends and neighbours. I would recommend them to you too. The Work Completed: - Bathroom: - Complete rip and replace of tile, shower, toilet, sink, cabinet and painting - Fantastic Tiling job. - Demo of 2 story deck (24' x 16') - Patterned Concrete pour and seal - Beautiful Sienna 2 story replacement deck with several upgrades: - Fully waterproof deck with RainEscape system - Dimmable pot lights embedded - Wiring and connection for Hot Tub - Japanese fence, including sound proofing and increased privacy - Extraordinary build quality, very strong and built with excellent materials.Latest review:- JasonnDrywallMason in Ottawa

He took great care with our small project (bathroom grab bar installation), exhibiting great patience with the challenge of working with the thick porcelain tile of the tub surround. Kevin was very easy to deal with, communicating promptly as needed, and was able to fit in our project in time for the visit of my elderly mother. His price was fair and the final bill was as quoted.
