Its been almost two years since our custom closets were done in three of the rooms through Closets by Design. They are as sturdy, stylish and pristine as ever. Sarah was the Designer we were fortunate to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional, passionately presenting us with multiple ideas and options. D & S Renovations completed my much needed basement renovations due to the floods of 2023. I was able to have open communication on a daily basis. Therefore I knew where the project was at and when to expect trade individuals into my home. They were very flexible with adjustments I requested and let me know of any additional safety issues they discovered along the way. Was able to stay on projected budget which was very important to me. Any deficiencies I questioned were promptly looked into and amended accordingly.
