“James and his team fixed a crack in our foundation. They had to come back a few times to put in more sealant to fully fix the crack. They did good work, as there is no longer water coming in through the crack. James followed up with us to make sure the crack was fully fixed. The only issue was some lack of communication (e.g., saying they would come on Tuesday and then not coming with no phone call).”
