I reached out for a couple of small household fixes and Daniel was incredibly responsive and helpful. He was so nice, came back 3x to finish the jobs and even went out of his way to pick up missing parts. I will absolutely use his services again and really enjoyed working with him. Highly recommend!
I was given a quote for $195/2hrs. I fully outlined my apartment and stairs before booking. I confirmed 2 times. The movers arrived, mentioned nothing about additional costs, required a $300 deposit and then after everything had already been loaded to the truck they demanded another $100 before they would leave. I tried to call "their boss" and was hung up on. I paid the money, when they arrived at the next location they unloaded everything on the driveway and refused to do anything more. They didn't even serve the full 2 hrs. No one would answer my call and they drove away. This was pure extortion. This company is horrible. They are fraudulent.
