Warning: Bad quality and not reliable
I had a really bad experience with this company. The day my services have been scheduled nobody showed up. I called the office a few times and was told "the crew is on their way". I waited till 7 pm (the entire day) and nobody showed up. Then it was rescheduled for another day and the crew showed up but did a really bad job (see the pictures). I tried to follow up with a complain but nobody got back to me to address my concerns.

We were not contracted to clean the tracks and screens as per your discussion with our sales rep Josh (that is what is left untouched in the pictures you have provided). We were only to do the exterior and interior window cleaning, however, we are more than happy to clean the tracks and screens as well. We attempted to communicate this to you via telephone.
