We were looking to replace our old entry door, patio door, front storm door and all the windows in the house. Alex the sales manager arrived on time and is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He didn't rush us or put any pressure. We like the way he did presentation and we like the products he recommended which is Window City windows. The installers arrived on-time, were even early, and were efficient and finished this big project in 1 days. Alex set up the installation date to my work schedule so I did not have to take time off work and I really appreciated it. The approximate date from signing the contract to delivery and installation was exact estimated date. I am very happy with Galaxy Windows and will definitely recommend them to all my neighbors, friends and family. My husband does handy work and he was very impressed with the workmanship and quality of the work. Thank you Alex and team.
