He was knowledgeable and also educated us on the habits of rodents and other animals that can sneak into homes, and what options we had for treating the problem and removal of animals. In our case it was mice and rats. He also crawled under the deck to inspect and find entry points to our house. I would highly recommend this company especially to my clients.
