First of all let me say I called 3 companies to get some simple electrical work done and only one actually answered the phone. The other two didn't even call me back. But Melanie and THIG were lovely to deal with and had an electrician booked to come over within a few business days. Bruno the electrician was smart, thorough and friendly. He found the simplest, fastest fix for the problem and took care of it right away. A handyman from another company had suggested it was a much bigger problem but Bruno did some investigation and found the best way to deal with it. He had the lights on in no time. Thanks to everyone involved.

Aida was responsive, fast, and professional. I called on a Tuesday, she came to take a look at what needed to be done that same day, and the house was cleaned on Wednesday. I believe Aida herself is overbooked these days so she sent another cleaner to do the work. The cleaning was thorough and detailed. Terrific value as far as I'm concerned. I will be using her services regularly going forward.

They are not the cheapest alternative for furniture delivery, but Pro-Trans gave me fantastic service. They handled a complicated request (multiple pick-up sites with narrow time windows at each) on short notice and were prompt and careful. Very impressed and pleased.

I had an odd request for a handyman -- moving a piece of furniture across the house. The problem was, the piece of furniture was too big to fit through all the doors. I called Justin at Odd Job and he offered to give it a shot. I would have guessed the job would take up to 2 hours -- he was done the work in 48 minutes (to my complete satisfaction) and we were settling up 5 minutes later. A one-hour charge for a tricky job I could never have done myself. He worked fast and was completely professional. I will be calling Odd Job for any future handyman work. Terrific.
