Phil came over within 40min of him connecting with me. He reviewed the missing shingles and promptly repaired the exposed plywood on the roof and also glued other shingles that had flipped over. All this was accomplished while it was raining !

Although my A/C was switching on , the output wasnt cold enough to cool the home. The tech came and refilled the gas coolant. The cost to perform this 15min task was $500 ! Dont know if this is typical cost for this type of service. My A/C has been working and cooling my home since that fix.
Hi, Unfortunately refrigeration has increased significantly in the past three years. The price including refrigeration and labour to rectify is correct, fair and lower than our competitors.
The good thing is you now have a system running properly and cooling your house.
Unfortunately, even the best made products can leak refrigerant over the winter sometimes, it has nothing to do with the installation or the brand it just unfortunately happens over the cold winters sometimes.
And as mentioned, labour, refrigerant, and vehicle fuel and parts required to fix that is expensive.

Entry door and patio door install
In September Oleg provided a quote for the work required. Our conversations revolved around the timing of the install and was assured the job would be completed in November. After numerous calls was PROMISED before Christmas and would receive a call to schedule time. This never happened or a call to indicate a postponement. After Christmas I was provided a date and time only to find on the day prior to the install, the install team could not install as the garbage from the last install was still in their truck. I finally had the install completed in January after 4 months of waiting. My issue is that I appreciate that at this time there were delays due to supply chain etc. but I never received a proactive call to indicate such and I continually had to call for updates. The work completed was good and I'm pleased with the overall result albeit very late!
