After my tenant discovered mold in her bedroom carpet, I arranged for an inspection. Gregg performed a thorough walkthrough of areas likely to be affected, and discovered more mold infestation in the ensuite bathroom. (He also made sensible recommendations for improvements on matters that were not specifically mold-related.) For mold remediation, he recommended removing small parts of the carpet and some drywall in a couple of places, removing the tub, tiles, and vanity in the bathroom and spraying the area with antifungal chemicals (meant to be safe for humans). (Mold.ca does not do any of the restoration; their job is to remove and dispose of the affected pieces.) The company submitted a reasonable estimate, and they were quite ready to accomodate a shifting schedule - I was also coordinating with the contractor who was to come and start replacing the elements. The crew came and performed a professional, clean job in just under one day, taking care not to disturb the occupants more than necessary. All in all, while I was not happy to deal with the mold itself, I was very satisfied with mold.ca.
