0 stars. Slippery salesmen (Muz). Don't rely on anything verbal. Don't just read your contract, check the serial numbers before you give them any money. Cheaper product substituted then "can't help you" the minute they have a deposit. Run, run, run. I will put my deposit at risk just not to have to deal with these tricksters. Customer care is a farse. Think of me CAS when you go bankrupt, and you will if you keep doing business like this.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry for any miscommunication during the sales process. I did listen to all of the calls between yourself and the salesperson regarding your order. The reason there was a different model number of the fridge on your invoice than then one you were expecting is that during the initial few calls, when asked, you were not able to provide a specific model number but described the fridge you were looking for. As such, the salesperson added the model he believed you were asking to purchase. Not until you received the invoice for your order did you advise the salesperson that the fridge model was incorrect. At no time was the salesperson trying to sell you a cheaper product.

There does seem to be some miscommunication regarding adding the correct fridge onto the order and the resultant changes to your invoice as the fridge is more expensive. Yes, the fridge is more expensive than the handwritten quote you provided from the other store, however, the overall quote from CAS for your three appliances was less than their overall price.

Due to your concerns, we have agreed to cancel your order as requested and refund your deposit in full. Again my apologies for any inconvenience.
