Stay far, far away from this company!!! We hired JAD Contracting to do our basement and main level. The owner, misrepresented that he was experienced in indoor renovations. The project manager and crew are from from professional or experienced. The work they did contain numerous deficienicies and the workmanship was substandard. The painter they had on site could not care less about the quality of his work and to call him a painter would be an insult to any semi-competent painter. The Project manager did not even know how to put in a potlight! They did not attend every day and took other side jobs saying they were pressured to get those jobs done. It has been very unpleasant and stressful to work with these guys. Our property was damaged and we had to spend thousands of dollars to rectify the deficiencies by hiring a replacement contractor, which caused further delays. The owner misrepresented facts and his word cannot be relied on. STAY AWAY!!!
