We cannot say enough good things about this company and especially Mohamad the General Manager. I scheduled an appointment online and upon booking I received a confirmation email, text message and a personal phone call confirming the booking and the arrival of Mohamad at our home. The customer service gets an A+. Prior to booking I researched several companies that used genuine "green" products that was cleaner, hygienic and safer for both adults and children. Thankful Ideal Interior Care LTD. offered all of them. Not just by what was written on their websites but also from my endlessly conversation with them and physically seeing the products Mohamad used during the appointment. Mohamad was punctual, polite, respectful and explained his cleaning system in detail. He also did not leave any mess once the cleaning was done. He cleaned our bedrooms, hallway, queen mattress that was soiled to the fullest degree and 5 seater sectional that was absolutely destroyed by our toddler pouring beverages, pee stain from changing her diaper, food stains you just name it. Seriously, the way Mohamad transformed everything was just amazing. Our carpet, mattress and sectional literally look brand new. I’m a stickler for having things done properly and efficiently. When Mohamad arrived at our home, his level of professionalism, respect, courtesy, expertise, you just name it were 10/10. Overall the cleaning gets an A+++ It’s very difficult to please me when it comes to a cleaning job as I pride myself as the “queen of cleanliness”, however the way Mohamad transformed our home with his cleaning services by far was amazing. Also, all questions and concerns submitted to his company prior to the appointment was addressed in a timely and respectful manner. I probably asked a million questions pertaining to the cleaning and not once did I ever receive a rude response or the silent treatment. The price charged after the entire cleaning was the same as the quote, no hidden surprises there. Overall, Mohamad did a fantastic job and he gave us a complimentary bottle of stain removal. I will use his services again. We are more than happy that we decided to go with Mohamad and Ideal Interior Care LTD. We have already referred Mohamad to all our family and friends who require this sort of service. We will use them again when the time comes in the nearest future.
