Part of the protective seal on the new shower door had come away. Not an urgent issue, but I called the owner of the company who did the original renovation over a year before. Got a call right away from his installer, who arranged - in these difficult times (very busy for contractors too) - to do the repair at his earliest convenience. He went out of his way (geographically) to do a 15 minute job. Although the issue came to light outside of the warranty period, the work was gratis. Great people make a great company...and it starts at the top.

Mohammad is well qualified, knowledgeable and experienced...and also a nice guy. His dedication to ensuring that our home was bug free was obvious from the start. He did not tire of answering our questions either in person or by text, and follow-up (either scheduled or requested by us) was always respectfully and considerately carried out to his own high standards and our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend him and his services.

I delayed fixing my front door lock, thinking that maybe I'd fix it myself. Fortunately I thought better about that idea and eventually called Dimitar at Locksmith Care, realizing almost immediately that I'd made the right decision. His knowledge, expertise and people skills were exemplary. He arrived earlier than arranged, explained the problem and offered an immediate solution.
