North Star has provided continual assistance to us in dealing with our mouse problem. They're always available quickly to address any issues and provide a wealth of information. Most importantly they will climb a roof and explore an attic to get to the bottom of a problem. Many companies will not do that or only do it in a limited fashion. Even over companies that have high reviews on homestars (we have unfortunately dealt with a few of them). North Star should be your first choice.
