We are delighted with our new windows from Torwin. They have added tremendously to the outward appearance of our house. The salesman (and owner) was extremely helpful in helping us figure out which windows would best suit our needs. The follow-up from office staff was courteous and professional, making us very comfortable that any potential problems would be promptly addressed. And finally our excellent installation team did a great job meeting the challenges of replacing the windows and frames in an 80-year-old house. Their clean-up at the end of each day was impressive (no small feat in December). The result is lovely - we would definitely recommend Torwin.
