I required a contractor to come ASAP to replace 2 strips of aluminum facia & vinyl siding on my house. The facia had been ripped off by high winds & 1 piece of facia had put a hole in the vinyl siding. The issue was not only replacing both items but also matching the colours for both the facia & siding (2 different colours). Vitaly was the only contractor that responded right away, to come & survey damage. I was very pleased with his response, ability to source proper colour matches, material, & workmanship

I have been pleased with service over past 11 yrs & was pleased to refer them to a neighbour who asked what company provided my lawn care service, because she thought "my lawn always looked so good". I had 1 minor complaint (over seeding into flower garden) that I passed on to HomeTurf, via email, & received a "phone call" back apologizing & informing me that my account file had been flagged, for future reference.

I detected a leak under my kitchen sinks on Christmas Day while entertaining family. Selected Mr Rooter from phone book. Within a 4.0 hour time frame I made contact (Erica) and had the problem resolved by Keith, & had a follow up call to ensure that the problem had been resolved to my satisfaction (Pam). Needless to say I was very happy & appreciative of the entire first experience with this company (Mr Rooter)
