35 different tasks in my house
Frank has been my handyman now for over a year. I gather a list of tasks that need to be completed and he comes over with a great can-do attitude. My wife is home with our baby right now and he was able to work around their schedule and didn't disrupt them in any way. He does a good job and will suggest things that could be done to make it better than I had thought about myself.
