Our awning tore during the winter and we couldnt findsomeone to replace it. Found Rusco Distuributors on the Web and they were very quick to respond. Someone came out and took measurments and we picked the colors we wanted and he left. Did not hear from them for a week and we were getting worried. Well two weeks later the material for the new awning showed up and was installed. Could not ask for a better job of installiation. Quick and professional. We are very happy with the new Awning. best service i have ever received from ANY company
