My Beam Central Vac unit broke down Friday evening. The next day, I called Etobicoke Service Centre as they had great reviews online and brought unit in for estimate on repair. I received call within 24 hours on next business day and Bill gave me several options on whether to repair or buy new. I decided to buy new as new Beam unit offered a great warranty and affordable price. Thanks Bill for making my decision stress free!
