We called Charlie shortly before the holidays with an extended list of things to be fixed around the house. He responded to my call promptly, gave a reasonable estimate and managed to fit us in to his busy schedule. He was on time for our appointment, brought all necessary equipment and was also prepared for some unforseen repairs. He kindly took the time to teach my not-so-handy husband how to fix some things on his own and even repaired some things not on our list.
