Martin provided a quote for patio - Stefan did a superb job at my house and my neighbour - very efficient and cleaned the area well post lifting. Warranty provided for 5 years. Would have preferred that Martin give me a bit more time to move things off my patio. Open and honest and trustworthy.

We saw Penfolds at the home show - Scott called post show and arranged an appointment to see the houses (4 houses in one small area non strata!) - he walked on all our roofs and measured everything to provide a true quote. The four home owners had several discussions about doing all four houses at once and went with Penfolds - we had an excellent crew who worked long hours and cleaned up everyday after their work - one neighbour was called every day to be updated on the progress and Adrain the project manager came by the check the progress . Penfolds made sure that all the roofing was up to code and would be covered under the warranty. One week and all houses were completed. Post inspection was completed and all 4 home owners were very very satisfied. The workers left some protective boards, some flashing and roofing materials behind - when Penfolds was notified they arranged to have these materials picked up. Everything they said they would do they did! - would recommend them highly. They are attentive to detail and ensure good customer service.
