We had a wonderful experience with Eco Ottawa, when replacing all of the windows and doors on our home. We highly recommend Shane for his excellent customer service, patient explanations and great suggestions. In working with Shane, we found him very trustworthy and service oriented. We were comfortable moving forward with Shane based on his attention to detail, expertise and excellent products. We found Pavel and his crew very hard working, meticulous, respectful and accommodating (taking care of details we requested, in addition to the installation). Shane and Pavel ensured us during the process that they would take care of any issues along the way and in the end, they left us with a totally refreshed look to our home. A huge thanks to the Eco Ottawa team, as we cannot stop looking at the beautiful windows and doors!

I initially sent out a number of e-mails, requesting quotes for fixing the grout in my bathtub tiles. Ronal was first to reply and also promptly came to my home to give input about what work was needed. I was very impressed with Ronal's professionalism, as he took the time to explain the work to me, and also went the extra mile to clean, polish and seal my counter-top, and floor grout in the washroom. The photos should do more justice than I can, in terms of the exquisite result that Ronal and Andreas left behind at my home! My bathroom looks better than it did when I moved in, and I am confident with Ronal's tips about cleaning, that it will stay that way for many years. Thanks to Ronal and Andreas for making this a painless process, for taking pride in your work and for making a difference in people's lives! I will be adamant about recommending your services to anyone needing tile work in future in the GTA. If it were possible to rate you higher than 10/10, I would!
