I've have had the pleasure of working with Peter at Plumber's direct on a few occasions. I'm a Realtor, and sometimes need to have small problems looked after as a matter of customer service either before or after the sale of a property. A couple of times, Peter has installed dishwashers for me. He charges a little more, but I know I won't need to worry about receiving a panicked call from a client about water leaking from their new dishwasher. I'm confident that when I call Peter, Plumber's Direct will show up on time, be courteous and respectful, and get the job done right the first time. I've also referred Peter to clients who have all been more than happy with his service and professionalism. Plumber's Direct is the only name and number I give out when my clients and colleagues ask for "the name of a good plumber".
