Salesman steve was professional and knowledgeable. Alex and the instal crew worked hard all day and cleaned up nicely when finished. Would definitely reccomend Clera to all my family and friends

November 25 2011. After meeting with Tony, who provided me with more than enough information to make an informed decision, we decided to go ahead and replace 9 windows on our 40 year old house. Tony is a great guy and really made my wife and I feel comfortable through out the sales process. December 21 2011. Installer by the name of Tato showed up with his crew. THESE GUYS DID NOT MESS AROUND! They got right to work on tearing out our old windows and prepping for the install. Tato took the time to answer all my annoying questions and again made me feel very comfortable. By the end of day 1, all the windows were installed and leveled. I asked Tato what time he would be there the next day to complete the job, (caulking, capping, casing etc..) He told me 830am. GUESS WHAT??? At 830am the next day, Tato and his crew were back to complete the job. They were in no rush to leave, worked a long day to ensure the job was done correctly. If you have had home renos done, then you know a crew that shows up on time and works a long day is a rare thing to find. I cant say enough good things about this crew!! And how great their work was. We love our new windows, not only do they look great and perform great, but our furnace is not working as hard as it was. The quality of VinylBilt windows has not let us down by any stretch. I give Tony, Tato, and VinylBilt windows a definite 10 out of 10!
