An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We are very satisfied and happy with the work Home Improvements team performed at our house. The complete makeover was done to our bathroom in the basement. Thanks to Elia Touma for making us confident that everything will be done professionally and in our best interest. As well, thank you, Elia, for being in touch and always available whenever we called you. Thanks to Tim Smith and his two workers that the job was performed well, on time and within budget. It was our first renovation project ever and we are very pleased with it.
