Last spring we heard noise in the attic, A Animal came the next day and found a mother and baby racoon in the attic that had been nesting in our blown cellulose insulation. They located the entry point was through the flashing on the roof that the racoon had pulled off. They removed the mother first, then the baby, and placed the baby in an open box, wrapped in a t-shirt, and the mother came back later for the baby. The next day we found them out on our front balcony, so Chris came back and said, not to worry they would be permanently gone as it was too cold for them to stay there. They were right! The racoons never came back. Great company to work with, responsive, professional, and solved our problem permanently by repairing the roof flashing.

Mark and his crew soundproofed our entire shared wall of our 13 year old semi-detached home (approx 900 sq. ft of wall) and did a fantastic job. We only had 1.5 inches of gap between the firewall and drywall, we could hear music and voices from neighbours which was annoying. They filled the gap with foamed concrete, and its an 80% improvement in sound reduction. We did not want to tear down all drywall or put in batt insulation as we had a narrow gap. This was less disruptive and most cost effective. Their quote was half of the other company who does same work in Toronto. They also put in more blown cellulose in our attic , and over our dormer windows where there was none. This has made a big difference, our house is now much quieter and warmer. Mark and his crew are honest, very professional, knowedgeable, tidy, and took 1.5 days to complete both projects. I give them my highest reccomendation.

Three months ago we replaced our entire roof front and back on our 13 year old house as it was worn out on the back. We are 100% satisfied with the quality of the work, materials, and their relationship management. As first time home buyers we did a lot of research on what to look for in a reputable roofing company. Our new roof looks great, no leaks and is now better ventilated with a ridge vent (their recco). Their were some old nails left on the property after the job as they finished neear dark, so they had someone come back the next day and remove them all. Overall great experience, highly reccomend.
