Right from the get-go, Kevin was an excellent communicator and responded VERY quickly to our inquiries, including providing a written estimatewith EXCELLENT pricing. On the day of the job, he let us know when he was on his way to our home and he and his team arrived right on time! In completing the job, they worked quickly, efficiently and did a beautiful job! And to top it off, the clean-up was done thoroughly, leaving us to do nothing but stand back and admire the work that had been done! Were already making plans about when we can get Kevin back to do some more painting in our home. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!

We recently used Top Shelf Construction for a job in our home, and we consider this company and Steve French to be one of our luckiest finds EVER! The job in our basement involved removing panelling, replacing it with drywall (that Steve also painted) and hanging several new doors. While each of these tasks was beautifully done, it was Steve's work with the new doors that had us totally amazed. The doors were of various non-standard heights that required an incredible degree of skill and precision---and each one was done absolutely flawlessly! Throughout the process, Steve unfailingly provided superb communication. At the end of each day's work, he left everything neat, tidy and organized for the next day. In every way, he was completely reliable from start to finish! And if all of THIS weren't enough, he was one of the most pleasant, polite and approachable tradesmen we have EVER had in our home---and we've been homeowners for going on 40 years.
