We moved into our new build just over 2 years ago and have been very satisfied with the result. While we didn’t have any major issue after moving in, Ben was outstanding in addressing our concerns. He was never dismissive, even of the trivial issues that were brought up. He was exceptionally prompt, both in responding to our calls and in arranging to have items dealt with.
