Fantastic Communication and Service
I was looking for a company to replace my front door. First time I got in touch with Andrew, I was surprised that he took the time to speak with me and explain how he works and what type of products he uses and was friendly through the whole call. Before speaking with him, others seemed to not want to be bothered with the job. His communication was great and he was up front with costs and timelines to order the door and the installation. His professionalism was apparent as he began the job. Our portch was done this past summer and he made sure no damage was done to the threshold during the removal of the old door. He took the time to explain his process as it happened to give us assurance the job was done corectly and provide us with piece of mind. The work was done in one day and it looks fantastic inside and out. I would gladly deal with Andrew again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his work.
