when the first time I order the laminate flooring from them, they said take about 3 to 4 weeks, that is ok and I have to paid for the entire purchase before they will order for, that was ok, but after 4 weeks passed, I called them and ask for status, they told me then , the flooring was back order, they could not say how long I have to wait, I told them I could not wait , but they said I could not get my money back because of special order, I was so mad , finally I arqued with the store manager, he finally gave up and cancelled my order and have my money back, I was totally disappointed how they treated the customer especially for special order, BE CARAFUL

when we first met and gave me the quotation, he showed me a lot of reno pictures and how reliable they were. when i hired them and gave them the deposit. he promised to start the job on such day , but they never showed up. when i kept calling them, they used all kinds of excuses to delay the job. finally the started the job, but worked 1 day and leave the job for few days, then worked a couple of days and disappeared for a few days again. when i called them what was going on, they kept saying the installers were sick. i would not recommend this company to anyone at all

this is only 1 man company, but he is very friendly and reliable. easy to talk to and the workmanship is not only good . I would say that it is outstanding. the person we can trust and the work will can rely on. the price is very very reasonable.

their service was very professional and their promise was kept very close. their price was very very reasonable. the only problem that we experienced was that they did not tell us what we needed to be added to the system in order to make the systm work better.

they kept delaying the job using all kinds of excuses, and the workmanship was so poor. they even damaged some of my electrical outlets without fixing it even though they promised to come back to fix it
