I had Clera back for the 3rd time in a year; this time to replace my front door (previous jobs were replacing all the house windows). I had selected a style of door and requested some custom glass detail. The finished door was beautiful and once again Stan did a fabulous install. And thanks to my sales manager Vito for another terrific job! You guys are great!!

I just had five replacement windows installed; approx size 3'X5' in my Cabbagetown home. This finished a complete replacement of all the windows and sliding doors that I started last Nov with Clera. Vito Paonessa and the outstanding installation team of Steve and Stan again did a superb job. It is just wonderful having these guys work on your home. I can't say enough good things about this second great experience with the whole team. Highly recommend them for pricing, service and a fabulous finished product.

For my downtown home, Clera recently (early Nov) installed 3 large fixed & 1 large casement window in my livingroom; 2 double hung windows plus replaced 3 sliding patio doors.Vito Paonessa, my sales manager did an super job from the quote, followup on scheduling the installation and even came by on installation day to check how things were going. The crew were just outstanding and completed the installation in one day. Can't say enough good things about their professionalism. I was so pleased I ordered another 5 windows to finish off my house early next year. I had done much research and obtained several other quotes and am very pleased with my decision to go with Clera. You won't be disappointed! First rate in every area of service.

I had a staircase (total 13 stairs) that needed carpeting & installation and a reinstallation of an oriental runner (15 stairs) that was previously installed incorrectly. I cannot say enough great things about Mark and the company. Mark arrived right on schedule with samples and reviewed the job at hand. An installation date within a week was confirmed and a very reasonable quote provided. The installer was outstanding and both jobs were completed within a couple of hours. I have had unpleasant experiences in the past with carpet installers so was thrilled with Victorious' product and service. New carpet & installation was approx. $600 and the reinstall of runner was $125. Both great prices. You won't go wrong with Mark & Company!!!
