Yes, you read that correctly. It cost me zero dollars. Suddenly one fuse in my fuse box was permanently tripped. I called on a Saturday night 6:00. He returned my call within minutes and said it could be a loose wire suddenly touching something it shouldn't but that we would get to the bottom of it. Then he sent Boris, but before he arrived I figured out which plug was the culprit. I called Boris who was already on his way but he said not to worry he was glad it worked out. No hard feelings. No charge. What a Prince! I'll be calling these guys when I go to finish my basement!

Pros all the way. 3 of them showed up early with pro equipment (i.e. compact utility vehicle). Quote was accurate. Worked hard all day and were done at 5. Clearly they have been doing this a long time and know what they are doing.

Both times I reached out he replied within an hour. Started in the a.m. and was done by early afternoon. The quote is a perfect match to the actual price, no surprises. Very pretty install. When he leaves he continues to guarantee the quality of the product, install and any upkeep down the road. If you need on uninstall, new unit or servicing, I can't seeing it being any better than with this guy!

A new $2,700 stove arrived broken. It wouldn't shut off from full blast without using the basement breaker. A second one arrived with the same issue. Clearly a recall issue. The new matching fridge also started making loud noises after 3 days. I took long videos of the stove that would only turning off via the breaker. Then they sent a third party repair man who also put in writing that it was broken on arrival. Corbeil still wanted to charge us a %20 "re-shevling" fee. %20 of the MSRP, by the way, and not the sale price we paid. They charged us $1668.22 to return a new completely unsafe and broken range. I gave the technicians documents and my video footage to Justine and Sean, both managers. They said it arrived in good condition! I sued Corbeil in small claims and won back every penny.
