Rudy is a very diligent account manager. Pleasant to deal with and he made sure that each step of the project was not just being completed, but that I was satisfied with the work. They arranged an electrician subcontractor, who was very professional (Ampcon). The installation team (Phil and Jack) arrived at the time they said they would. They removed my old tank and installed my new one in a very professional manner. They answered my questions in an informative manner. I'm not sure if they are the cheapest solution provider; however, they deliver with upmost quality and professionalism.

I called Emerald Moving to get information about a move of my contents from Montreal to Toronto. The gentleman that answered politely told me that they generally service the Toronto area and do not do runs from Montreal to Toronto. However, he impressed me by taking the time to guide me on what I should think about in selecting a mover and what options I should consider. It was a very honest and transparent conversation that I appreciated (enough to write a review on Homestars.) It made me feel as if he was looking out for the customer.
