Skylights Unlimited came to replace a leaking skylight on our roof and we couldn't be happier with their services! From the initial phone call to project completion, everyone we spoke with at this company was amazing. They came out to assess the situation (in winter) and put us on the first available appointment to replace the skylight. The project was completed exactly as they quoted with the utmost professionalism and knowledge. Special thanks to the entire team who worked with us. Without hesitation, this is the company to go with if you have skylight needs.

this company replaced two toilets in our house awhile back. Service people who came were VERY pushy about buying into their Service Plan. We repeatedly declined the additional agreement. We would not have continued with the service call and toilet replacement if we were not SO DESPERATE for our toilets to be working. With the second toilet, they claimed that they needed to 'build up' where the flange was to let their new toilet sit correctly. The cost of this sudden 'add-on' was, not surprisingly, EXACTLY the same price as the service agreement we declined. A short time later, the toilet that they did additional work to began to leak at the base. We called the company to have them come out (at no cost to us) to look and see what was going on with that toilet, assuming that they stand behind their work. They don't. They refused to come out at no-charge to look at what was wrong. We have just finished up with a plumber from a different company who confirmed our suspicions about the work done from this company--instead of putting in a proper sized ring seal, they simply 'doubled up' on the wax ring to make the toilet appear level when they left the job. The wax ring that J and S put in wasn't put in properly, and was not the right product for the job. In short, we just paid another 400 bucks to another plumbing company to fix the problems that J and S created. Our tile and grout have suffered because of this company's incompetence. Please consider carefully if you hire these people. We won't again.

Andrew is nothing short of amazing. From our very first meeting it was clear that he cares about each project as if it were being done on his own home.
