I’ve hired Bin There Dump That multiple times for different sized bins to remove construction debris from the property. I’ve always had a good experience with nice, courteous drivers who arrive on time and make sure to take care of the property in the process.

I hired Dr. Tubs after trying to get another higher rated company on Homestars. The other company was booking 2 months in advance. The customer service I received at Dr. Tubs was great and the technician onsite was very pleasant as well. The tub looked really nice when they finished and they were in and out in about 3 hours. The job was slightly more than I was quoted because there was a reglaze that needed to be stripped away. Having said that, they did call and ask me if I wanted to proceed even though the price was slightly higher ($35 more). I appreciated the call as I am a contractor and I hate it when I'm quoted a price and then it's different on the day of installation. There was one item my client wasn't too happy about. I think the old tub overflow was slightly wider than the new one we installed and so there is a section of the tub that is painted but decaying. It would've been nice to get a heads up on that and maybe some potential remedies for this. All in all I was very pleased with my experience.

I hired Toronto Appliance Service for a repair of an electric stove and an installation of a gas stove. The repairman showed up unprepared for the job without the correct parts. He then had to buy the parts from Canadian Tire and charged me double what he payed for the parts. He then repaired my electric stove only to have to come back two days later because the stove wasn't working. When I talked to the manager about the repairman charging me double for parts that I could've bought myself, he said it was standard practice and wasn't willing to budge. I do a lot of renovating and own 4 properties. I will never use this company again. They could've remedied the situation by offering me a small refund of about $75.00. Instead, they will have lost $100's if not $1000's of dollars in the long run.
