This is the second time I have availed myself of the services at Danforth Carpet Connection.The carpeting in my basement was very old, dirty, and I really wanted to change it, as well as the vinyl in the tiny bathroom and entrance way, but I had so much stuff there, and really didn't know how or where to begin. Time challenged, space challenged, everything challenged. Tony was so helpful.This is a small space but he spent as much time with me as he would if it had been a mansion. I boxed loose stuff, and he and Robbie moved furniture around the space as Robbie worked. They installed Dri-cor and and carpeting and beautiful new vinyl.They cleaned up.The bathroom is really difficult to work in as there is so little space They were punctual and very helpful, and kept to the timeline. It has taken me a while to write this, but I am so happy with the way I was treated and the quality of the work, and I am so grateful for the care that was taken of my old stuff, and it all looks so clean and cosy and dry and new. I feel quite proud and hope I can keep it like this. Thank you Tony and Robbie.

My new neighbours were having trouble with water rushing off my roof onto their property and even entering their basement. We were expecting a major rainfall, and I spoke with Randy who referred Daran, who promptly came and gave me a quote and did the work very efficiently and managed to do it all before the rain. He listened to me and my neighbour, and I found him to be very courteous, helpful, and reasonable. I am so pleased to recommend this company based on a positive experience,

CARPET WAS DANGEROUS BEFORE-DISINTEGRATING- MET TONY WHO HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. IT IS NICE TO HAVE TRUSTWORTHY PERSON TO PERSON BUSINESS- RATHER THAN THE RUN-OF-THE-MILL IMPERSONAL BUSINESS OF TODAY.TONY CAME TO CHECK ON THE INSTALLATION AFTERWARDS.THE INSTALLER WAS PUNCTUAL AND VERY FAST AND WORKED IN DIFFICULT SITUATION i.e NOT MUCH SPACE. I AM VERY SATISFIED THAT ALL MY REQUIREMENTS WERE MET . I WILL DEFINITELY GO TO DANFORTH CARPET FOR MY OTHER FLOORING NEEDS IN THE FUTURE.

Darby is honest and very courteous. The work was done punctually. It was a very positive experience in that they were considerate and the parging, which was tricky to get at, under a deck, actually looks beautiful. They were thorough. And the price was reasonable. What else is there to say?.
